We work straight forward and have a no strings attached policy.

Here is our basic Terms & Conditions:

• This is an estimate based on the brief received. Changes to the brief, or fluctuations in scope, could result in a revised cost estimate.
• Wobble reserves the right to monitor the scope of the project and charge for development hours should the initial allocated design time be exceeded.
• Acceptance of this estimate indicates acceptance of the costs and approval for the project to proceed.
• Author's corrections will be billed in addition to this amount.
• Copyright in respect of work commissioned will remain the property of Wobble until such time as the full cost thereof has been paid by the Client. All source files and code will remain the intellectual property of Wobble [unless a separate contract is entered into].
• Wobble reserves the right to remove the project from the public domain should payment not be forthcoming.
• Should a project for any reason whatsoever come to an end all payments made are non refundable to cover Wobble expenses.
• If we do not receive content for 3 months the deposit forfeits.
